Persona que viatja amb motxilla. Estrictament, designa les persones que practiquen excursionisme, incloent activitats com el senderisme o el trekking, però s’aplica també a persones que viatgen de manera econòmica i alternativa.
Usos
T’apuntarem a un esplai, vas comunicar a la teva filla quan tenia set anys. Era l’anunci d’un fet irrevocable. La nena, que no sabia què era un esplai, va dir que no. No, no i no. Jo no vull anar a un esplai, no coneixeré ningú, no m’ho passaré bé, no, no i no. No hi aniré. Nonoinó.
Avui la senyora Nonoinó té quinze anys i una colla d’amics motxillaires que no sembla que l’hagin de dur per mal camí. «Apuntar-me a l’esplai va ser la millor decisió de la meva vida», va exclamar l’altre dia, satisfeta. La dictadora que tens a dins es va empassar l’orgull i no la va contradir. Prefereixes que la noia pensi que a casa hi ha democràcia.

El mot d’avui és un suggeriment de l’Àurea, d’Andorra, que observa que a la Neolosfera recullen el terme motxiller, però no ens acaba de fer el pes.
Motxillaires o no, alenem fondo i no desconnectem de la llengua: aquest agost (a partir de dilluns 3 i fins diumenge 30) us proposem de jugar cada dia al Mot-li! i trobar quin és el tema que aplega els mots de cada setmana. Els rodamotaires jugueu amb avantatge, que això de trobar temes per als mots ho teniu molt per la mà! Els qui el trobeu podreu participar en un concurs amb premis, cada setmana podeu guanyar un lot de llibres. Vegeu-ne més informació ací.
